“We, the People of the State of California, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, in order to secure and perpetuate its blessings, do establish this Constitution.”
Those words were written in 1849 with the addition “and perpetuate” in 1879. – Maryal Boumann
With that said, in the authority as God’s Ambassadors and as California citizens, we pray and declare the following: – Wolfgang Kovacek
1. We recognize the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as our God, and Yeshua Ha Maschiah as our Savior and King. – Rabbi Bob Wolff
2. We stand with, and we bless Israel, and pray for the salvation, protection, and peace of Jerusalem!

3. We declare the earth is the LORD’s, and all of its fullness, which includes California. – Laura Kitay
4. We throw wide open our hearts, gates and borders and say “You are welcome, King of Glory. Please come, be glorified, and reveal Yourself to the lost and hurting.” – Michael Phillips
5. We stand upon God’s Word and this Constitution. We declare every baby within the womb has a right to life, and we shall defend that right. California is no longer a sanctuary state for abortions and murder. We declare it is a sanctuary state for all babies, for affordable adoptions, and for LIFE! – Amy Stoehr
6. California is no longer a state of lawlessness, human trafficking, sexual confusion, illegal drugs, or theft. We declare it is a place of righteousness, freedom with Christ, healing, deliverance, and accountability.

7. California leaders shall no longer bow down to man nor to the love of money which is the root of all evil. – Mellos Cervantes
8. We declare the government shall return upon Christ’s shoulders for He is our Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, and of the increase of His government in California there will be no end. – Trisha Phillips
9. Justice and righteousness are the foundation of God’s Throne. We call them forth to rule and reign throughout the land and through every tribe and tongue. – Arcelia Cervantes
10. We declare any spirit other than the Holy Spirit is unwelcome on our land and must leave, and every empty place shall be filled with the Spirit of our living, loving God! Wherever our feet trod, we claim as holy ground as we bless and possess the land. – David Andrade
11. We declare good shall overcome evil and that Godly reverence, heartfelt repentance, fervent prayers, and worship in spirit and in truth shall fill the atmosphere and cause darkness to flee! – Wolfgang Kovacek
12. We declare California shall return to living out loud the eternal Word of GOD and His Commands without fear, intimidation, nor compromise as we proclaim: “Thy Kingdom come and Thy Will be done here in His Golden State of California as it is in Heaven. And we all say ‘Amen’.” – Maryal Boumann
