Maryal has served in leadership with many different local, state, and national ministries for decades and has been Director of Pray California since 2008. She is a pastor and has produced and hosted a cable TV show called ‘Voices of Hope’, served as a Hospital Chaplain, was ordained in 2005, and was certified through Sacramento Law Enforcement Chaplaincy.
Her passion is for people to know and experience the LOVE, PEACE, and JOY of the Lord, for God’s People to understand the power of prayer, to raise up intercession and worship, and to help encourage and unify the Body of Christ per John 17:21-23.
DAVID ANDRADE

David has served in ministry since January 1973. He is a Pastor, and a Church Planter. RTV International Ministries, William Carey Interntional University, Pasadena, CA. Successfully raised capital for ministries & a problem solver. Authored & executed strategic growth plans for Non Profit 501c3 Tax exempt organizations.
Pastor Andrade is & has served as the executive overseer of RTV International Ministries, a global missions organization since 1992. Dr. Andrade – faculty of Promise Christian University in the academia of Ministry Growth, Global Call School of the Prophets

Kathy JoAnn Andrade – has been a teacher, discipling children in Christian Pre-School, Royal Rangers Leader. Little People Prep School, office manager and children and a certified nursing assistant, mother of 3 children, 9 grandchildren, conference speaker and a Research Scientist – Archer Daniels Midland.
Presently works with her husband on Global Net TV.

PRAY CALIFORNIA Board member since 2003 – Wolfgang loves prayer and has participated over nearly two decades in many different prayer initiatives, prophetic acts and intecessory prayer meetings. One area that he has often prayed for is Hollywood and the Entertainment industry. Wolfgang also has been ministering for over 20 years in an Inner Healing and Deliverance Ministry called Resurrected Life Ministries.

Trisha Phillips is an ordained minister who is on the board of PRAY CALIFORNIA. She is a Prophetic worshipper in dance and releases Zephaniah 3:17 songs ( songs Father God sings over His children.) Trisha is the founder of Chain Breakers Dance and Worship and Co-Founder of Grafted Together Ministries with her husband Michael.

Michael Phillips is an ordained minister who is on the board of PRAY CALIFORNIA.He is a passionate teacher of the word of God and the Hebraic roots of our Christianity. He and his wife Trisha are Co-Founders of Grafted Together Ministries and bring interactive celebrations of the feasts of the Lord to the body of Christ.
AMY STOEHR
State and National Pastoral Prayer Support
Amy Stoehr is a joyful worshipper, wife, mother of five, grandmother of Olivia, faithful friend, encourager, teacher, leader, intercessor, ambassador of reconciliation, lover of Israel and the Jewish people and an ordained minister.
She considers it a great honor to serve alongside her husband Matthew as the founding pastors of The River Family Church in North San Diego (since 1987). They are committed to obeying the Lord, unity and awakening in the Body of Christ, making disciples who multiply and to equipping the Church to arise to who God has made us to be in Him.
She is passionate about loving people well, helping all generations and people groups experience God’s love and purpose and understand the urgency of the hour we are in. She is called to ignite, mobilize and unite believers of every age in prayer, from a place of abiding relationship and partnership.
Amy establishes and trains personal intercessory teams for people in ministry. She leads multiple groups of mothers who are strategically praying for their adult children. She serves on the core team of Transform USA weekly national prayer call, Prayer Force, Igniting Prayer Action, The Relationship Resource and Prayer at the Heart.
She considers herself a passionate watchman on the wall of prayer for California and is committed to seeing the Lord’s purposes for His Golden State come into manifestation.
Over the past four years Matt and Amy have stewarded the vision of building River Gardens, a unique regional gathering place for the Body of Christ, used for prayer, discipleship, worship, evangelism, weddings and community events. They are planning for these Gardens to be reproduced in multiple areas of their city and in many cities in the U.S.
Most of all, Amy is passionate about the living Word, moment by moment intimate abiding with our precious Holy Spirit, loving without measure and living in the reality of Jesus’ prayer in John 17:20-23. She is called to help people walk in oneness with the Holy Spirit and each other, as ambassadors reconciling the world to a new creation relationship with the Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit.
SHARI BONNARD
Promoting the Power of Prayer Through Love in Action
Shari Bonnard is a Prayer Warrior/Watchman on the Wall with 25 years of experience promoting prayer and the Word of God as a Prayer Director/Coordinator, Community Chaplain, Prayer/Evangelism Leader and Trainer, Bible Study Facilitator and a Missionary to Cambodia.
Since 2019, Shari has served as the Multi-Cultural Church/Multi Gen Director for the Prayer Council of the United States. Shari’s vision and mission statement in this role is “To see community churches across the nation come along side one another in prayer and in unity for their communities”. John 17:22-23 leads in this vision and mission statement:
In John 17:22-23, Jesus prays, “I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one—I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity.” Praying together, as a group of believers, cultivates unity and love for others, which is a catalyst that demonstrates the witness and power of the Church as one.
Shari is also the Founder and Executive Director of City Gates Pray, a nonprofit community organization responsible for regional citywide prayer mobilization throughout California and nationwide. She equips, organizes, and mobilizes communities and cities to assemble in prayer, lifting those that are without Christ, our church, neighbors, families, and leaders our communities.
Shari’s ministry tenure includes, serving as the Northern California Regional Coordinator for the National Day of Prayer Task Force for 10 years, mobilizing prayer over 23 Northern California counties. Shari has also served in various roles as a Community Law Enforcement Chaplain, Community Outreach Director with the Salvation Army and training others to share the gospel. As a missionary to Cambodia, she assisted with building churches for local pastors and facilitating VBS for the children.
Shari has earned a reputation for being a caring and compassionate Chaplain, Intercessor, and Prayer Leader with a genuine concern for the spiritual and emotional well-being of God’s Image Bearers. Shari’s spiritual strength starts with an unconditional love of the Lord, a love for His people, and a commitment to drawing others closer to Christ. She agrees with Alfred Lord Tennyson: “More things are wrought by prayer than this world dreams of.”

ROSEMARY SCHINDLER GARLOW
Our Ambassador to Israel
Rev. Rosemary Schindler Garlow, a relative of Oskar Schindler, shares her experiences and archives from being part of the Schindler legacy that includes Oskar’s successful efforts to save more than 1200 Jewish lives in the face of Nazi genocide. She is continuing the family’s heritage and message through Schindler’s Ark International.
Schindler’s Ark’s purpose is to be a bridge of support between Christians and Jews, the USA and Israel. As a Christian Zionist, Rosemary, together with Holocaust survivors and their descendants, is committed to “not being silent” so that our future generations will “never again” experience Anti-Semitism and terror.
Rosemary is an accredited Tourism Ambassador and host to Biblical lands. Her travels have included over 20 nations, including over 70 trips to Israel. She has led numerous tours to Israel and received awards from Israel’s leaders and organizations.
Rosemary Schindler Garlow has coordinated Nights to Honor Israel with Christians United for Israel and over 32 conferences specifically linking the American nations with Israel. She is a voice for solidarity and teaches against anti-Semitism, racism, and injustice.
Three years ago Rosemary and her husband, Dr. Jim Garlow, began Well Versed, a non-profit ministry bringing biblical principles of government to government leaders and those who elect them. They also help host the World Prayer Network, an online prayer call each Sunday and Wednesday evening keeping Believers informed for effective intercession, insight, and direction. Rosemary Schindler Garlow and Dr. Jim Garlow have been married for 7 years, live in San Diego, and together have 8 children and 10 grandchildren.

Laura Kitay has been married for 33 years to her wonderful husband Al, has 3 lovely grown daughters and two beautiful spunky grandchildren. She is an Ordained Pastor currently preaching, ministering and leading music for church services at Chateaux and River’s Edge Senior Living in Sacramento. She has a passion for leading ladies mini retreats and has led women’s bible studies for over 20 years. She is also an active praise worship warrior in Chainbreakers Dance and Worship Team led by Trisha Phillips, ministering at churches, Pray CA conferences, Sacramento State Capitol and rest homes. She has done administrative work for the State of California and Federal Government, worked with special needs children in the Elk Grove School District and has worked in retail sales. She truly loves being hospitable so that people feel welcomed, cared for, cherished, prayed for and unconditionally loved by Jesus!
